It was legitimately a very good meal, and I highly recommend it. It was very English friendly and the staff were very friendly. We got the Kobe sirloin and it was cooked very well, and I enjoyed the 3rd set meal option which comes with beef sushi and sashimi. That being said, there are two oddities worth mentioning. The first is they directly ask the guests to write a google review, which is fine but a little odd, especially because they were kind of watching to see if we did it. The second is they ask for tips, which the service went above and beyond, but one of the nicest things in coming to Japan has been the lack of tipping, and how straightforward pricing meals is. Despite this, I still think it’s really worth coming to, and I’m still going to give it 5 stars, because it really was a nice dining experience and the food was really good.
